No morning workout
Wednesday evening - LCM
600 warm/up = 600 meters
8 X100s pull = 800 meters
5 X 50 stretch = 250 meters
4 starts with sprinting = 200 meters
3 X 100s cool down = 300 meters
Great pull set. My pulling is super fast but I think my shoulder is mad at me. I did these all at 1:11 and got down to a 1:07. Getting closer.
