500 w/u = 500 yards
200, 2X100s, 4X50s - 3 times - 1,800 yards
total - 2,300 yards
Just floated along. No real point. Just getting used to swimming this early as IGLA will be at the same time. Yea only 9 days until I leave. Started talking more with James. Instead of just small talk, we finally introduced ourselves. He asked how my weekend was which is a good sign.
