NO morning workout
Evening workout - LCM
400 w/u = 400 meters
3 X 100s - 100 right/100 left / 100 DPS = 300 meters
2 X 200s and 4X50s = 600 meters
4 X 100s back = 400 meters
6 X 50s fly = 300 meters
100 easy = 100 meters
Sprints = 3 X 50s = 150 meters
total = 2,250 meters
Lacked some motivation tonight. I pushed the second 200 and went 2:27. Not bad. 100 backs were strong and consistent. Went around 1:20 I think on all of them. Only one to do consistent times. As for the fly, I had flem and missed the 2nd 50 fly. But I recovered and kept them all strong. So so workout I guess.
