500 w/u - 500 yards
500/400/300/200/100 = 1,500 yards
12 X 25s - 4 of each stroke = 300 yards
total - 2,300 yards
good morning set. Pulled the 500 at 5:50+. Swam the 400 at 4:42. Pulled the 300 at 3:30+. Swam the 200 around 2:15.
