600 warm up - 600 meters
12 X 50s drill (BR and FL) - 600 meters
12 X 50s LA combo - FR, BK - 600 meters
4 X 200s at 4:00 - descend - 800 meters
200 cool down - 200 meters
2,800 meters.
Went down to SD after swimming so I didn't finish the workout and only did the above. My 200s were 2:36, 2:33, 2:30, 2:27. I was tired and didn't really have it. But not too bad.
