Saturday, September 11th

Morning workout - LCM

600 w/u = 600 meters
300 - 25 kick/25 right arm/25 left arm/25 swim = 300 meters

main set:
200 drill
2 X 100s - 1st 100 smooth; 2nd 10 secs faster - 2 min
4 X 50s - descend - 1:15
do the set 3 times through = 1,800 meters

8 X 50s - 25 sprint / 25 ez = 400 meters
200 warm down
total = 3,300 meters

Good main set. I did them all free. First set was ok. Then I felt better. I got my 100 down to a 1:08 on the second set and my 50 down to 30. On the last set I got my 100 down to a 1:06 (very happy) and my final 50 to a 29+. Not bad.
