Morning workout - SCY

Another week!

500 warm up = 500 yards
6 X 150s pull = 900 yards
8 X 50s swim = 400 yards
8 X 25s swim = 200 yards
200 cool down

2,200 yards.

Typical morning. No biggie.

Evening workout: I'm da coach.
