This mornings workout had some great sprinting. Here it was:
400 swim - mix strokes
200 IM - all drills
6 X 100s on 1:30 (hold 1:20s)
3 mins rest
100 FAST
100 EZ
6 X 50s on :45 (hold :40s)
2 mins rest
50 FAST
100 EZ
10 X 75s breathing 4-3-2 by 25
50 easy
Total - 2,650 meters
Nice workout. Body took some time to warm up but my 100 fast was encouraging. 1:02.5. That's about a 55 or 56 yards. I was stoked. First 25 I used my arms, then the final 75, kick kick kick. I also went :28.2 on my 50 which was good.
