Good workout to get back into. I used the extended warm up to get going. The 200s felt good. I took the first 2 easy and came in around 2:37/2:38 (2:20SCY). The next two I went 2:34s (2:18) and the final one I went 2:31 (2:15). Those times aren't anything special, but I never really pushed them too hard so I think that is good. I am pretty tired so I think my times will come down well in Paris. The 50s and 25 sprints were fun and felt good. I wasn't ready for fly yet with my stitches.
