SCM Great workout. Here is what it was:

3 X 100s descend free
50 EZ
3 X 100s descend IM

4 X 50s (Hard, EZ, Hard, EZ)

4 X 50s (Hard, EZ, Hard, EZ)

Total - 2,800 meters
I was happy with my 100 IM time and 100 fly time. I went 1:11 on both of them. That converts to about a 1:03 SCY which is great. ESPECIALLY since we have no lain laines and it was all wavy. The 100 IM felt great. I took the fly out smooth, worked the back. I turned slightly ahead of Kurt. He's one of the only people who catch me something doing back. My breast felt great as I kept my head down and hands together. The free I brought home. 1:11 for me. 1:14 for Kurt. Both of our times were great. I was hoping to do 1:14, so 1:11 was just added pleasure. The 100 fly was also good, as I only felt some pain the last 10 meters. It was wavey, so I understood why. But 1:11 for both are great.
