Morning workout :
Shoulder was feeling somewhat sore so I thought it would be best to emphasize kicking today.
800 warm-up = 800 yards
8 X 100s kick - 2 of each stroke - 800 yards
main set - 3 sets of the following:
10 X 25s - first 6 drill, last 4 all out sprint - keep same stroke = 750 yards
total = 2,350
