Bike - none

Run - none

Swim - 600 warmup.  10 X 50s free (more warm up).  400 IM kick.  200 easy.  500 pull. 4 X 200 IMs drill.  6 X 100 IMs (build 1-3 & 4-6).  200 cool down. - total meters 3800.

Not too bad.  Just getting back into things.  Pulling felt good, but it always does.  9 days until MVN meet.
